This is actually two exposures combined. When I focused on the either the branch or the moon, the other was out-of-focus. You can see the blurry branch in the photograph, which actually adds depth to the image. Combining the two, as an overlay, also made the sky richer in color.This is one of the first shots I made with Nikon D300 using the 70-300mm lens.
