I know some of you have missed my short commentaries on the work…

I have said for a long time, “Some of the best photographs I take in my own backyard.”

Here is another case in point. It’s not my backyard, however, but my friend Al & Kimberley
Graham’s front yard. This guy returns every year to inhabit a space outside their window.

For those interested in tech specs, I used an off-camera flash, an aperture of f/32 and my macro lens on my Nikon D-300.

I applied a mosaic effect to enhance the detail and texture.
