Some of you have seen this one before, it’s one of my favorites.I shot this photograph on this date in 2008.
I had a lot working against me on this one, shot through a windshield from a moving car with a moving subject using a long lens. Not the best combination for sharp pictures…I sharpened it and enhanced the colors a bit. I used my 70mm - 300mm long zoom lens set at about 150mm (for those that care about such things). The long lens is what makes the background soft.
I love the way the late afternoon golden light is hitting them just right.
