1975 Party at the Playboy Mansion
This photograph of Hugh Hefner was taken at a fund raiser for N.O.R.M.L. at the Playboy Mansion in California. The party was to celebrate the passage of the decriminalization of marijuana in California (Senate Bill 95). This law made possession of less than an ounce a misdemeanor ($100 fine). I was on assignment for High Times Magazine.
