Lancaster County - Blue Ball, Pennsylvania - February 28, 2010

Now for something a little different. Twelve years ago, today, I headed to Lancaster County to shoot the full moon rising. While we were waiting for the moonrise, my wife wanted to stop at the Flower Warehouse. While she was inside, I decided to wander around outside and found this scene. I walked out into the field to get the right angle, as my shoes filled with snow. I have to learn to bring my boots with me…I was thinking of making it antique-looking, but there was something about the light and color I wanted to preserve.Hope you like it.
